Lineup for 2015 will be posted on this page on or about November 20. Thank you for checking back.
The Christmas Parade of Lights has been organized under the Rotary leadership since 1995. The parade is a lovely event focused on the holidays and spirit of giving. Participants should look at any rules and regulations before submitting an application to ensure a safe, fun and happy night.
With the size and growth of this wonderful event, streets will be shut down to ensure a safe and fun evening. For a full list and detailed map of street closures, check the route of the parade and see where the floats will be lining up and which corners will be blocked off.
In the beginning, and for many years, the Christmas Parade was organized and run by the Lions Club of Santa Maria, and went under the Santa Maria Rotary Club's guidance in 1995. The parade has a long history of giving and fun. Check out photos of prior parades and see what we're all about.
If you or your organization would like to participate in the Parade of Lights, please be sure to review the general info of the parade and then fill out an application. We do have a limit on the amount of entries we can accept, but do also have a waiting list in case of drop outs.
